Terms and Conditions

By creating an account on the Kanwox Platform, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Kanwox Technologies operates as a marketplace platform connecting Homeowners with Contractors for home renovation projects. We do not directly provide renovation services. Our role is exclusively as an intermediary facilitating connections, quotations, and project coordination.

The Platform enables uploading of project details including .dwg files for accurate quotations from verified RERA-registered contractors.

Users must provide accurate, current information and maintain account security. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Users must be at least 18 years old.

Each User may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts may be suspended without notice.

All Contractors undergo verification including RERA registration, Dubai Municipality licensing, insurance validation, portfolio review, and reference checks. However, Kanwox does not guarantee Contractor performance or project outcomes.

Contractors must maintain valid licenses and comply with Dubai building codes throughout their registration.

Quotations are estimates based on submitted information. Final costs may vary. When accepting a quotation, you enter a direct contract with that Contractor. Kanwox is not a party to this contract.

Homeowners are responsible for verifying Contractor credentials and ensuring they meet requirements before entering agreements.

Payment arrangements are established directly between Homeowners and Contractors. Platform fees (if applicable) are clearly disclosed and separate from project costs. Payment for Platform services does not guarantee project completion.

Renovations require permits from Dubai Municipality, developer NOCs, and building management approvals. Contractors are responsible for identifying and securing required permits.

Renovation without proper permits may result in fines, work stoppages, or legal action by authorities.

Kanwox operates as a marketplace platform and is not liable for Contractor performance, project delays, cost overruns, or property damage. All such matters are between Homeowners and Contractors.

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by the User in the six months preceding the claim.

Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations, then mediation if needed. All disputes are governed by UAE laws and subject to Dubai courts' exclusive jurisdiction.

Disputes between Homeowners and Contractors are exclusively between those parties.
